1. Backlogs  worry-free .We have flexible Unconditional return policy ,don’t worry about Overstocks, backlog inventory can be returned within one year.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

  2. We provide 365 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  3. Product is not eligible for refund after the 14-day refund period has expired. Also, opened or damaged merchandise are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  4. All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back.
